World’s fastest length change!

By pivoting an upper rail into the bar, Excalibar I™ is created.  Without tools, this provides the world's fastest sprocket and length change.  

Excalibar I™ can permit unique designs for product differentiation.  This can provide higher profit margins as well as increased part sales.  A visual indicator alerts the user to buy new parts. Replacement of parts will no longer be a guessing game.

To assemble Excalibar I™, an upper rail is pivoted into the bar core.  The chain is installed with tension set by rail position. The clutch cover snaps in place making this a truly 'tool free' design.

A wear indicator is noted by the red cross hatch on the upper rail.  When significant red is visible as noted by a vernier, the user has a prompt to buy a new rail and chain - from you!

The upper rail can be replaced by an extended one for a 'tool free' length change to create Excalibar I Plus™.  If only a new sprocket is needed, the rail is replaced.

Excalibar I™ can also include a Brake-in-Time continuous brake (yellow).  All of this comes in a lightweight package with no tools required to service the bar or adjust tension.  The tension, by design, is even temperature compensating.
