At last, a modular cutter bar!
Excalibar II™ removes all wear surfaces from the bar core and transfers them to easily replaceable upper and lower rails captured by the bar nose. Specific length is provided by the bar nose so that one core and rail set can be used within a family of bar lengths.
The bar core can last the life of the saw with modular design! This simplifies cutter bar inventory as only common replacement rails are needed for service along with various noses.

Excalibar II™ features dual pivot rails that provide benefits such as easy maintenance, nose change, and length change all without tools! The core stays bolted to the powerhead with tension set by upper rail position.
